Hart the Fabricator

Dark

Human

7

A magician stained by the sin of using the Phantom Bullet. The vermilion sorcery seal over his right arm appeared after firing his last one, allowing him to shoot magic projectiles at sub-light speed even without his gun. Their bullet holes spread out like the blackened branches of the World Tree before fading without a trace.
