Mighty Magical Valerie

7

Eternal archrival to the dark magical girl Forte who wants to destroy the world. Her "magic" involves swinging a staff at full force, but with enough miraculous power, she can fire a massive, long-range beam. As long as this perfect figure of justice stands, order will be preserved...or so she wrote on a fresh page of her black-bound diary.
