Jack-O-Sherum's Cape EV

The cape of Phantom Ragsherum when it was possessed by a pumpkin ghost. Donning this, he was seen around the land, wandering through the darkness of the autumn nights. The reason as to why he would perform "tricks" on those he would encounter until he was quelled with a "treat" is still unknown. No one could see his face, as it was covered by a pumpkin, but he somehow seemed joyous when he received a treat and disappeared into the night.
