True "Cantabile"

Magic

Light

A fearsome instrument that destroys the target's body from the inside. It's indistinguishable from a standard instrument by amateurs, but a trained expert can unleash a destructive blast with pinpoint accuracy. As it receives air directly from the wielder, it can also convey their emotions. Some have even theorized the proper frequency can affect intangible things like memories and ideas.
