Selia's Snow White Bikini

Selia, one of Grimm Stella, a coven of the Six Great Witches, wore this swimsuit. She was always a free spirit. She went wherever and did whatever she wanted. Whenever she got in the mood for a swim, she headed to the nearest beach, river or lake. However, her curious nature didn't lend itself to normal water fun. She would want to cut through the highest waves, or slide over the ice when she got tired of swimming. And so sometimes she would turn the area into a frozen wasteland in the blink of an eye.
